Cancellation & Refund Policy

Ahraz Design strives to deliver high-quality digital products, web services, and courses. As our products and services are predominantly digital and instantly accessible, our refund policy is strictly defined below.

1. Digital Products & Courses

• Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., templates, assets, UI kits) and online courses, all sales are final.
• Once access is granted, downloaded, or viewed, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
• Exceptions are only made in the rare event of a duplicate purchase or if a file is proven to be corrupted and cannot be replaced by our support team.

2. Web Design & Development Services

• Cancellations for bespoke services (e.g., web design, UI/UX, development) must be made before the project commences.
• Once the design or development work has started and the initial deposit has been utilized for resource allocation, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled midway by the client, they will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

3. Discrepancy in Product Expectations

If you feel a digital product or service significantly deviates from its description on our website, you must contact our customer service team within 3 days of purchase/delivery. We will review the complaint and, at our sole discretion, offer a revision or an appropriate resolution.

4. Refunds Processing

In the event that a refund is exceptionally approved by Ahraz Design, it will take 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed. The refund will automatically be credited to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account).
