Ahraz Design operates exclusively as a digital design agency and digital goods provider. We do not sell or ship physical products. This policy outlines how our digital products and services are delivered to you.

1. Delivery of Digital Products & Courses

All digital products (such as UI kits, templates, fonts, and assets) and online courses are delivered electronically.

• Instant Access: Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive instant access to your purchased digital goods or courses via your Ahraz Design dashboard.
• Email Confirmation: You will also receive an email confirmation containing a receipt and instructions (or links) to access your digital items.

2. Delivery of Bespoke Web Services

For custom design and development services (e.g., UI/UX design, full-stack development, branding):

• Delivery timelines are individually negotiated and agreed upon before the project commences, as detailed in your specific project contract or proposal.
• Deliverables are typically shared via secure digital links (e.g., Figma files, GitHub repositories, cloud storage links, or direct server deployment).
• You will be notified via email or our project management portal once milestones are completed and ready for review.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience any issues accessing your digital products or if you haven't received your confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder first. If the issue persists, contact our support team immediately.
